Do you have an office?

No, we are a 100% online company so we can keep our hire rates low and provide a quick and easy booking solution rather than lengthy queues at check-in counters.

Is there an actual person I can talk to?

Yes, the business is owned by a local family, call Tony on 0421380380 and he'll be happy to help you out. 

How do I get the car then?

You book online and pay, the hire agreement is sent to you, you sign it on your phone – tablet – computer and then you are sent a code for the lock box attached to the car with the keys in it. Unlock and drive away, it’s that simple.

Do you hire baby seats?

No, but we use Jackie at All Baby Hire. Please call her on 0423 959 714 as she has all your holiday hire needs.

Is there a bond?

We put a $300.00 pre-authorisation against your nominated credit card that is removed upon the car returned clean, full of fuel and in the same condition as you took it.

Is the car insured?

Yes, there is a $5/day charge. This covers you for all damage, the excess is $2000.00

For $15/day you can reduce the excess to $0

Can I reduce the excess?

Yes you can reduce the ecess to $0 for $15/day.

Is there a km limit per day?

There is free unlimited km. Our hire agreements have a maximum of 200km radius from pickup location written into them. This can be extended with our written permission. Please contact us with your travel details. 

Can I drop the car at the Sunshine Coast Airport?

Yes, for an $85 surcharge. Please contact us for more information.

Can I have pets in the car?

No, sorry. As a curtesy to fellow users of our cars we do not allow pets.

Can I drop the car one-way at the Brisbane Airport?

No, sorry as we do not have the facility in that location. If you need a car in Brisbane please try our friends at www.surfersrentacar.com.au. For transfers to Brisbane or Maroochydore Airport please ask one of our friendly staff for a recommendation.
